How can I transfer my progress to a new device?
There is a way to transfer your data across to another device, but your game will need to be connected via Facebook.
1. Download the game on your new device.
2. The first time you open the App, you will get a pop-up requesting to connect to Facebook, accept the request and complete the tutorial.
If by mistake you declined to do so, don’t panic as there is another way.
Just finish the tutorial and then follow the steps as explained below:
1. Click on the Options button (Upper right corner) and click on Login.
2. Click on 'Log in' button.
3. Select 'Claim'. (Note that if you already have played Dragon City, this will not give you the items stated as you have to be a new player).
3. Your Facebook account will appear as default as the first option, select your account and click on “Continue with FB PROGRESS”.
4. Please be careful NOT to choose the wrong account, for example, the second option is the account which is just level 2, and as the App tells you, it is NOT RECOMMENDED!!!.
5. If you mistakenly choose the low level account, the App will warn you, please click “NO” to exit and then select the Facebook account.
Please keep in mind that once an account has been reset, the progress is lost and cannot be brought back.

If you can not see the login to Facebook button in the settings, you would have indicated to us recently via the game that you are not of an age required to have access to to this feature.

- You're navigating to a different app. You'll be able to continue the current conversation only when you switch back to the current app. Dragon City Dragon City.
- The have vidoes you cna watch for gems but yoh don't get the gema and as you progress in the game your forced to either annoy FB friends which everyone I know has now blocked Dragon City b/c they din't just send one request to play to friends but continue to bombard them even though they are only supposed to send one request unless you give.
- Dragon city as the name states it, is a game about dragons available on mobile platforms (IOS and Android) and also on computer. If you are passionate about dragons and the universe that comes with them, then this game is perfect for you.
In line with our new terms and conditions which are active from May 25th 2018 you will no longer be able to access Facebook from the Game.
